Tribute to our longtime former director: Fundación Educación

Franz X. Stirnimann receives an award for his many years of service to Peru and his continuous work for the benefit of education and scholarship holders in Peru

The Peruvian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, through the Peruvian Embassy in Switzerland, awards our former director, Dr. Franz X. Stirnimann, the Order "Al Mérito del Servicio Diplomático del Perú José Gregorio Paz Soldán" in the degree "Comendador".

It was with great surprise and joy that our dear Franz X. Stirnimann received, at the beginning of November, the news of the award that the Peruvian government has granted him this year.

The Ambassador of Peru, Ana Rosa Valdivieso Santa Maria, will present Franz with the award during a ceremony at the residence of the Peruvian Embassy in Bern.

On behalf of the Board of Directors in Switzerland and the large family of Fundación Educación, we congratulate Franz on this great recognition of his work for Peru and education.
